GSOC 2010 - Community Integration

This is my Hello World.
I'm really Interested about the idea that is about Community Integration [0]

I've done GSOC last year on Joomla! [1] and my project in now going as
JConnekt [2]

How should I start communicating on this. Is that OK to send my proposal
