[patch] cppduchain/typebuilder: Remove dead code

Hello,

while browsing the code, I found that TypeBuilder::visitBaseSpecifier
has a local variable called klass which appears to be effectively
unused. So unless there is some undocumented magic happening there it
seems reasonable to remove it - see the attached patch.
