KDevelop4 Beta8 uploaded

Hi,

I just uploaded Beta8 of KDevelop4 (kdevelop+kdevplatform) and
additionally Beta3 of the php and php-docs plugins. On behalf of Niko I
also added the first beta of three new plugins: executebrowser,
executescript and xdebug. Those three allow to run and debug php scripts
standalone as well as running them with a browser.

The packages should be available on the mirrors in a couple of hours.

Official release date is Friday Feb. 12th.
