Removing the detaching and KDEV_SESSION

There's no such thing as "subdirectories in one repo". Each {XXX...}
subdir in $HOME/.kdevduchain is a separate duchain repository.

Anyway, the problem of two instances running the same session lacks a
lock file, thats all.
