Kdevelop fails to compile after DevPlatformConfig.cmake.in updates

I just put that lines in cmake file as you said and test fails. Testing 
VERSION_LESS works. For instance:
- "1.1.60" VERSION_LESS "1.1.59" return true
- "1.1.60" VERSION_GREATER "1.1.59" return false
