I think the part with setting the "%s <%s>" for the email addresses and
names is somehow wrong... and line 167 (with open(conffile, "wb")
asconffile:) seems problematic, as I am not sure how python handles
the name
scopes in this case.
As I said in the other thread, the mail sending code needs some work, as I
only have copied and assembled these lines from several sources... I don't
think that it was intended to send an empty mail to this list.
