Well, do you really want to worry that seldomly-generated random
128-bit values clash? The documentation of Quuid even says that the
values are guaranteed to be unique (no clue how that is supposed to be
achieved).

Even if this _woud_ happen (which it probably never will), it would
only lead to minor problems (you won't be able to open both sessions
at the same time due to the locks).
