I've just created "xdebug" component in quanta product. I think thats
better than adding yet another component to the (already overloaded)
kdevelop product. If you want more components for other plugins I suggest
to file a sysadmin request to extend your bugzilla rights (if you don't
have rights to edit products yet). Feel free to add me as reference if
thats necessary.

What do you and milian think about moving the Language Support: PHP
component to quanta too?
