Converting the "soft formatting" (colors, font/list/paragraph styles,
etc.) stuff of the SVG mockup into CSS code is something I can
definitely do - I'll post the resulting CSS snippets soon. I'll also
finish creating the individual images needed for constructing the
graphical design elements.

I would be glad, though, if someone else could:

  1) Implement the CSS for those graphical/structural design elements
(header, footer, layout columns, boxes). (I've already uploaded some
"proof-of-concept" code for the tricky parts, but my experience with
achieving proper cross-browser compatibility is limited, so someone
more experienced should take over...)

  2) Take charge of managing the creation of the actual CSS file
("putting it all together", so to speak)

I don't have an account either, but I don't think that's a problem -
for the most part, it'll suffice to grab a copy of the static HTML of
the site, write CSS code to go with it, and tell Amilcar if something
needs to be changed in the HTML markup.

Yes, having a test site would be great...

I tried to set up one locally on my machine (Amilcar sent me the
complete sources), but I didn't manage to get it running...
