Update to the kdev-php rc1 tarballs

Hi,

Sorry about this, but I forgot to do a last-minute update to the
php(-docs)-rc1 tarballs uploaded to unstable/kdevelop/3.10.0. The
.desktop files X-KDevelop-Version needs to be 9 not 8 else it won't load
in KDevelop 4 rc1. 

I've uploaded new tarballs of the two plugins and md5sum files just now,
so they should be on the mirrors in a few hours.

Again, I'm sorry about screwing this up.
