Hi,

this just came in and its easily reproduceable. As this can easily loose
data we need to fix this before the release IMNSHO. I also noticed that after
closing, clicking cancel and trying to open the same file again kdevelop
crashes in smart-range-related code (see attached bt). Seems like some
change in the not too-distant past broke document-handling (again).

I'd like to ask everybody to go through the bugs for
kdevelop/kdevplatform marked as critical/vhi/4.0.0|1.0.0 and check
wether its really release-critical or not in his opinion. If its not
please leave a comment. I'd like to have a team-decision on what should
hold up the release.

Andreas

Subject: [Bug 233076] New: Cancel button acts like No when closing a tab with
	a modified file

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=233076

Summary: Cancel button acts like No when closing a tab with a
                    modified file
           Product: kdevelop
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Gentoo Packages
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kdevelop-bugs at kdevelop.org
        ReportedBy: open-development at yandex.ru

Version: svn-20100401 (using KDE 4.4.2)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Gentoo Packages

Steps:
1. open a file from project
2. edit it
3. close tab - dialog appears (Yes, No, Cancel)
4. Click Cancel - no tab with the file

Expected:
tab is visible so I could decide what to do

Notes:
tab is closed already after step#3, so I think it's too late in step#4 and
dialog can do nothing about it
