Ok, now I'm confused. I thought you were now in favour of having a
quanta project on gitorious with quanta repo+php+whatever else fits?? 

I think I'm still in favour of just one KDevelop project having
everything thats maintained right now and the few plugins from
playground that are constantly being worked on (executescript, xdebug,
executebrowser). And everything else moves to its own project once it is
moved to gitorious.
