[patch] Fix "changed" tracking of debuggers' launchconfig pages

The valgrind launch config page used to incorrectly set the change flag 
because signals weren't blocked.

The gdb launch config page failed to connect the changed signals, which could 
cause setting changes to be lost.

The attach patch should fix both problems.
