[PATCH] Icon-Inserter Plugin

Hi!

Sometimes you want to use beautiful icons in your application and you use a 
KIcon. But it takes time to find the icons in the file-system. So I've written 
a plugin which shows the KIconDialog to select an icon and inserts the code to 
create the KIcon. I think all languages with bindings for KDE are supported 
(and some more being candidates for support).

PS:
It's my first plugin, my impression is that it's really easy to create simple 
KDevelop-plugins. I think the API is much easier to use than e.g. Flake.

nice plugin, too)
