64Bit Deadlock / Racecondition in PHP Plugin - Valgrind/Helgrind help

Hey guys!

I need help with a bugreport, see: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=209571

The user gave me valgrind + helgrind output and a gdb backtrace, but I can't 
really do anything with it.

Has someone some insight on this stuff? Or at least some pointers to tutorials 
(or _good_ documentation) so I can understand what those tools are actually 
trying to tell me?

I cannot reproduce the crash on my 32bit machines. He's the only one reporting 
that issue and - afaik - the only one using 64bit... Maybe that's an issue? 
Anyone knows any (common?) culprits that could cause such crashes / deadlocks?
