Kdevelop 4 on windows

Afaik the KDE on windows installer does not support KDevelop 4 at the moment.

You'll have to compile it on your own. But afaik it's not really usable and 
needs some work, but I'm not sure. Imo it compiles but there was a crash due 
to some unitiliazed global static or something? Other than that it should 
work. Though of course there is no support for nmake or the VS debugger so 
far.

If you are a developer yourself, maybe you could look into it? None of the 
core kdevelopers uses windows. We could really use the help of a windows 
developer. Bascially the framework should work, but some bits and pieces to 
make it actually usable on Windows is still lacking.
