Done - it's in kdevelop4-extra-plugins/classbrowser2.
I didn't have time yet to implement the missing features but I'd appreciate
if one of you could take a look at what I've done so far regarding the
DUChains usage, to make sure that I don't abuse it and that I'm on the right
track.
