Yes and no :) As soon as they merge back into main gdb and a release is
done from that you can use those new features by using that new version of
gdb inside KDevelop4. Wether or not KDevelop4 will provide new GUI for any
of those features (if needed, didn't look deeper into the page) depends on
someone doing the work.

But all this is offtopic for this particular thread which is about a
general debugger architecture inside KDevelop, independant of an actual gdb
"backend".
