Quickopen Tree lacks horizontal scrollbar

Hi,

Is there any particular reason why the treeview in the quickopen dialog
doesn't provide a horizontal scrollbar when its contents exceed the visible
area? This way it can be impossible to see all arguments of a method/full
filename on smaller screens.
