KDevplatform Refactor support

Hello, I am Ramon Zarazua, and I am very interested in the Refactor support 
for KDevPlatform using DuChain:

I am going over my application proposal and was wondering if there are any 
comments, suggestions, or questions about me or my motivation for the 
project, I also wanted to know if there are is any planned list of 
deliverables that I should be aware of.
