A problem with middle click is that you might hit it unwillingly when
scrolling through the tabs (not sure that actually works currently, but
it should). However I agree with David, its not destructive enough (it
is destructive strictly speaking as you close the file) to warrant a
config option.

So I'm fine with the patch.
