Artwork (again!)

Hi,

Since we have so far attracted very little work on our artwork, I thought that 
with a release nearing we should try again.

I updated the list at 
http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/playground/artwork/Oxygen/docs/kdevelop-

Please review, add, change as necessary, before we ask again nicely for some 
help :)

Rather than a splash screen (which we don't want because we load fast, iirc), 
should we have a background to the editor pane when nothing is open? (or did 
that intro screen get off the ground?)  If we need art for that, we could hold 
a competition on the dot.
