Is this with cygwin or mscv? With msvc those memtest will never run,
since they use valgrind.

Last time I tried with msvc there were some errors in KDE4Macros.cmake
wrt kde4_add_unit_test. Not sure if they are fixed yet (no reply on
bug reports anyhow).
