Cpp-Language plugin compile error (setLastContext undeclared)

Quick hint as suggested on IRC:

The Cpp-language plugin is not building, because setLastContext used in 
cppduchain/declarationbuilder.cpp:189 is not declared anywhere.

svn tells me r913899 by zwabel is to be blamed.
