a) check wether the oxygen team created them
a1) if a) == true, then move them to kdebase if they should be used by
multiple modules
a) if a) == false, then request icons from the oxgyen team.

In fact there are a lot more icons that we need for the release, at some
point we need to create a list with comprehensive explanations for the
icons. There's a techbase page which the artists use to track icon request
and I think Matthew already put some kdev icons there some time ago.
