X-KDevelop-Language property

While debugging a plugin-related crash (fixed in r905587), I noticed that the 
X-KDevelop-Language of KDevelop/Plugin desktop files is used but never 
declared (so we get lots of
KServicePrivate::property: Request for unknown property ' "X-KDevelop-
Language" '
messages).

The attached patch (relative to kdevplatform) fixes it.  Am I OK to commit it?
