Finally I got it to show.
It didn't show up at all under the "Add Tool View" dialog. To display it, I
had to explicitly add the line "kdevclassbrowserEnabled=true" to the session
file.
How can I make it show in the dialog?

Anyway, it seems pretty basic. I'll start working on it to make it usable.
