Reviewboard

Hi,

some of you may have read Aaron's blog about a kde-dedicated installation
of "reviewboard" for easy review and discussion of patches. While we don't
exercise that much pre-commit review, it might come in handy sometimes.
I've had the admins create a group for kdevelop and new reviews and
comments will be sent to this list. So lets see wether we can put that
thing to some use :)
