Yeah, Andreas pushed that to kdelibs :)

Now somebody has to rethink all shortcuts and create a shortcut scheme for 
KDevelop.

Also, people with prior Emacs experience are highly welcome. Both because 
shortcuts in Emacs do have some logic under them and becase we need somebody 
to emulate Emacs scheme.
