License issue KDevelop python plugin

Hi,

I'm asking you hereby to relincense the code you contributed to the
python language
support plugin for KDevelop4 under the GPLv2+ license.
Especially those two files:
* http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/playground/devtools/kdevelop4-extra-plugins/python/parser/parsesession.cpp?view=log
* http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/playground/devtools/kdevelop4-extra-plugins/python/pythonlanguagesupport.cpp?view=log
as we have a copy of them in php language support.

Either you commit the change yourself, or I can do it for you if you
give me the permission to do so.
