on locks again

hi list,
I was working a bit on the kross stuff and I'm still getting crashes because
of this .kdevduchain/x/ not being locked.
actually, why does that work with 2 kdevelop instances?

       kde-devel at tatil:~/.kdevduchain$ find . -name lock

returns me nothing :/
that makes kdevelop to crash while duchaintokross is running.
Shouldn't we have a lock file there?
