The wizard already prevents reports against "KDE versions older than 4.0",
so it might be possible. But of course if I run a KDE4 desktop then I'd
choose 4.3.x there and can go on. And the "application version" field is
optional and empty-by-default.

So I don't see how we can prevent people reporting bugs in KDevelop3 in a
way that works and that relieves us from going to the report and closing it
as unmaintained.

And quite frankly, those are not a real problem. In the last 3 months we
had not even a handful. Much more problematic are those against older
beta's reported "automatically" from dr. konqi.
