proposal for kdevelop.org new website design

I like the mockup, it looks nice and clear. I think we all agreed that we'd 
like to have a 'pimped' version of the current logo, I haven't heard of anyone 
working on this yet though.

At least on one of my screens, the 'background' green looks a bit too intense, 
maybe it would be good mixing that with the less intense background green on 
the current website design.
