little script to show available kdevelop repos and whether they are used

Attached is a simple bash script which someone might find handy. It basically 
just shows available repositories and whether they are currently used and by 
whom/where.

Example output:
$ used_kdevelop_duchains
Available duchain repositories: 0  1

 USAGE
repo #0 is in use by kdevelop (pid:9790, cwd:/home/milian)
repo #1 has stale lockfile

 SIZE
size of repo #0: 63M
size of repo #1: 35M
---------------------
total size: 97M
