@deprecated in kdevplatform??

Hi,

I just saw a @deprecated in
kdevplatform/language/codegen/documentchangeset.h. Thats not right, if the
function shouldn't be used then it should be removed and all uses should be
converted to whatever the replacement is.

This needs to happen before the release, releasing an initial version of
kdevplatform with public functions that are deprecated is complete
nonsense.
