I'm 100% sure, because I had it mapped to Ctrl+Win+E IIRC because what
was in kdevelop3 wasn't working for some reason...
Ha!, now we indeed have the same thing twice :) In fact the action that
already existed is using "Focus Editor" as label, and yours is using
"Raise Editor". The focus-one uses Ctrl+Meta+E, which IMHO is a bit
nicer (though different from kdevelop3) because it aligns nicely with
the dock-shortcuts (also Ctrl+Meta+<letter>) and "E" has a lot more to
do with the editor than "C" :)
So I guess someone should revert your change (and if you want to rename
the other action to Raise Editor)
