Hmm, I'm assuming you've guys reached the conclusion thats the best
place. I'm not sure I like that (will try right away), its completely
different to any editor that people know, which means especially newbies
will possibly have a hard time finding the information.

I'd like to understand the decision for this, so can you (or anybody
else who's in Ukraine) elaborate a bit why this is better than the
bottom position? I know about the space-problem, but that doesn't change
much now, with tabs you only gain something if you don't have the
breadcrumbs enabled and not many tabs (i.e. there's actually space),
without tabs you need as much space on top than you'd need at the
bottom.

PS: Hmm, that reminds me, now that we have document switcher I need to
disable tabs here :)
