Sounds like a plan, so lets try to figure out how to create a connection
between a breakpoint in a file and the launch config/debug session in which
it should be tried to activate. We can keep the "active launch config" for
now and add all breakpoints to that, though that is quite inconvenient.

BTW: Did anybody check how Qt Creator handles this? Does it even have a
generic debug-framework?
