Finally got around to this. IProjectFileManager now has a
testExecutables() method, as discussed somewhere in this thread. If
you don't like any of the changes then just fix it :)

I'm happy as long as all tests (cmake+veritas+qtest) still pass and
qtest discovery for kdevelop & platform still functions.
