Veritas testrunner icons

The current veritas testrunner icons are not up to KDE standards. They
are in theme with the quickopen blue arrow with an added status symbol
(success, failure) but a bit blurry.

Would be great if anyone could enhance them, or make better ones :) It
would also be great to have a 'test' icon, maybe a crash dummy?
Anyhow, I'll add these to techbase missing icons page.
