getting kdevelop deb on 8.0.4

kdevelop requires a fairly recent kdelibs. The easiest way is the set 
KDESYCOCA to some new file in /tmp, as well as KDEDIRS and all the rest, and 
then compile kdelibs from svn together with kdevplatform and kdevelop. Or, 
alternatively, use another user.

And yes, it will be a great day when kdevelop depends on a released kdelibs :)
