[patch][bug] build executable/library target wrong make parameters

Currently when you hit build on an executable target it will build the whole 
directory. Attached patch fixes this, I'm assuming this defect was introduced 
with by the change to ExecutableTarget & LibraryTarget instead of plain 
Targets.

One more prove that enums can be evil :) Please review ...
