Vladimir,

Were you looking for a way to disable (or override?) specific menu 
accelerators for yourself (i.e., on a per user basis)?  That would seem to be 
a reasonable request, despite the objections based on destroying 
accessibility or similar.

(I'm not a developer nor enough of a user to know if it can be done in some 
configuration file or whatever.)
