Yes KDevelop_4 is the "base" page for everything that has to do with 
KDevelop_4.
KDevelop_4 is also a "mediawiki namespace", that means that the other pages 
should be named "KDevelop_4/foo" , this automatically creates a backlink in 
all the daughter pages back to the mother (KDevelop_4) page.

Those are mostly for users not for developers.
