My SOC Application

Hi everyone! I've applied to SOC once again, and the main goal of the project 
is making KDevelop 4 not only usable for C++ development, but making it 
a "good choice" for it.

The application is already submitted. For anyone who'd like to see it, I'm 
sending a html version with this mail.
