New kdevplatform product?

Hi,

I'm currently looking through our wishlists and some of them make more
sense to be assigned to a new kdevplatform product in bugzilla,
particularly various language-support features which can nowadays be
implemented cross-language with DUChain.

Are there any objections against creating a kdevplatform product with
the following components:

language
ui
vcs
util
project

And also moving some components from kdevelop to kdevplatform (if thats
possible at all), like konsole integration, problemreporter, subversion
and so on.
