Document tabs on top.

Hello

I want to deleop a small plugin just for try and to mess with document tabs (these on upper side). I have a question if you can point where to start. KDevelop 4 of course :)

Are these tabs a KDevelop or Kate plugin? I've found only documentview/ directory in kdevelop's svn, but I think it's not this plugin with tabs. A little hint with which file to start would be very helpful.
