Desided to answer in a seporate thread.
Here is what I suggest to change in the new usermode, see a screenshot 
in attachment.
Navigation part still can be decreased (~10px) if headers (General, 
Documentation, etc) was centered.
Also country flags icons look poor. Don't no why, but I dislike its style.
