Embedding Dolphin's KPart

To make it short, I think it's a totally wrong approach.
Reasons:
- file manager have to be as simple as possible
- file manager have to be as fast as possible (load a kpart just for
filemanager?)
- it's wrong to have dependency on kdebase application, we already
have konsole plugin that doesn't work without kdebase and that sucks

If we want to reuse code, let's just copy filemanager from kate like
we did for KDevelop3.
