Use a review board instead of discussing larger patches?

Hi,

Aleix just posted a patch in an older thread to get some review and as
I'm monitoring plasma I know they had quite some success with their
reviewboard. So I'm wondering wether we should try it out too. So
whenever you have a larger patch that you want to discuss or am unsure
about a change put it on

It allows for easy discussion, especially of parts of a patch and it
also allows for easier tracking of patches when discussions take longer
- AFAIK (haven't used it myself).

So what do you think?
